- Pre orders are processed within 3-4 days of the completion of your piece. The estimated completion date is listed on the product page.
- Custom orders are each unique. The timeline will be discussed during your initial consultation.
- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
