You know all those beautiful smoothie bowls all over IG right now? Yeah, nobody's got time for that! When I have a lot of work to do in the jewelry studio I need something quick and easy to make. Bonus if I don't even have to stop working to eat. Here's my "I'm too busy to eat, just wanna drink my lunch" smoothie.
This is my go-to smoothie so I'm usually stocked up on these ingredients. Smoothies are pretty fool proof so feel free to mix and match with your taste and what you have in your fridge. My only trick is that I blend just the almond milk and spinach together first, (this way you get fewer spinach chunks) then add everything else and blend. I like thicker smoothies but you can add water if you need to. Enjoy!
